Keylun J. Cruz (Executive Producer/Playwright/Creator of The Ortega’s), and founder of Kapture 7 Entertainment has been a long-life playwright, creator, screenwriter, composer, lyricist on stage and on screen. Mentored by Tony Award winning director/producer, Kenny Leon at an early age, she was responsible for writing all of the screenplays for youth productions which later branched out to work with the late actress, Yolanda King of the Youth Dream Team and Carol Mitchell. Winning several playwright, prestigious awards holding a degree in Theatrical and Performing Arts, Keylun has been able to manage many successful stage productions and independent film/television projects.
Karlian is the Co Founder of Kapture 7 Entertainment. He began his
career at an early age in Atlanta, GA. Karlian is known for his
appearance on a well known national documentary with his mother Keylun
Johnson on the WE network. Later on, Karlian crossed over in theater, performing under the magnificent
director, Don Goodner. He was a cast mate in the theater troupe
"Young Actors Playhouse". In 2013, Karlian was casted in his first
stage play as Rusty The Rat in the hit musical stage play in Marietta
Square "Crown Of Wonder". Later that year, he was casted in Peter Pan
as the "Croc" for Arts of Cobb Theater. Karlian later continued his film/tv studies
at Gray Studios, coached by Shanelle & David Gray. In 2015, at 11 years old, Karlian was the mastermind behind co creating a comedic television show, The Ortega Show and later on, the popular community-based musical stage production, an adaption from The Ortega Show developed...The Ortega Family Musical. This internationally-flair filled production finally opened at Earl Smith Strand Theater in 2017. Karlian has also written, created, and directed 3 projects at the age of 14. He has created a heartwarming, short film, Carmen as well as created/directed a full documentary feature film, Green Teen. His most recent work also includes co creating another full length documentary film, Inside of My Mysterious Life.
Michelle M. Robinson began her career at The Dance Theatre of Harlem. Later, talents were sought after by many prestigious dance companies: Alvin Ailey American Dance, etc. Michelle then set her sights on Broadway. From Europe to Broadway, Ms. Robinson has appeared in musical productions as Ain’t Misbehavin’, Can-Can, For Colored Girls..., Jelly’s Last Jam, They’re Playing Our Song, Sweet Charity, The Tempest and the smash Broadway musical revival, Chicago. In addition, she has had the opportunity to work alongside such notables as Bebe Neuwirth, Gregory Hines, Patrick Stewart, Joel Grey, Debbie Allen, Melanie Griffith, and Brooke Shields, just to name a few as well as choreographing for Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.
